Built in the early 1900s, 1003 Washington history started with the logging culture of the mighty Saginaw River. Over the years it has been home to a family that made the most beautiful flower arrangements at that time. Actually, the original flower coolers are still intact. The building first started as Marsh Floral Co. and later changed names to Eddy’s Flower Shop. The building is rich with stories displayed by the original ceiling and floors you see on there today: this is the history of a once dusty and now bustling downtown Bay City. Sharing this historic backdrop with friends, family and colleagues adds character to any event.
The Back Patio
Shaded by ArborVitae Trees surrounding the perimeter, our back patio brings the serenity of the country to downtown Bay City. The openness of the 500 square foot outdoor courtyard allows for tented events and gives the flexibility to bring in décor that will personalize your unique occasion. The landscape of the area provides a lush natural backdrop just off the back of the building.
